WATCH IT, I’M READY

2024 turned out to be a year for me where I changed the most personally.

It started with completing the many performances of my dream role in a musical: Norma Desmond in the musical Sunset Boulevard. Producer Storytellers. Man I loved

that period. The year couldn’t have started better.

Around that time I was into seeking speaker

opportunities, which I had a couple of (Maggie and Joy, thanks for the opportunity ladies!). It was also the reason I went to Dublin to go to a retraite and Speaking seminar, and yes a little vacation time too. After what … 7 years?

In May I was quite down and struggling with being consistent and feeling worthy. So I took it upon myself to do a 100 lives challenge

. Boy the lessons from it were many!

I learned about The formula of discipline, when it works and when not

I was able to give 100 how-to value tips, I didn’t think I could. Totally surprised myself

I learned my habit trajectory – the process from an action to a habit. Very interesting !

The 3 different why’s of a business owner and how they steer or derail your actions

And so much more (about 16), I don’t want to make this post too long

This year I did some crazy

new things

I was coached 1:1 for the first time ever by Casey and had a very enlightening session about my Human Design

A Cold Shower. The months after that my body had redefined what was considered ‘cold’, very funny to discover how resilient your body is

Intermittent fasting seems to work for me to keep my weight balanced

60s Show. A new show we’re offering. Had to learn about 40 new songs in 8 weeks or so

Being a model in a photo exhibition called “Age is just a number’ by PeeBee Photos. My advice was “Embrace your age changes and let your inner child play freely”. Thanks for the beautiful pictures !

Being a model in "Peepshow Guilty Pleasures" by Esmeralda. Thanks for reconnecting me with me youth

I had my 5 year anniversary at the gym Fit4lady Heemstede. The first place I ever worked in where I go to my work with a smile

I became ProCoach® Certified (Tony), which gave me a fundamental basis to my coaching.

Very importantly, I discovered MY way of running my business: via a Quiz (Melissa) and Tiny Challenge™ (Richmond and Shane). As soon as I saw how to do those, I totally got excited

, more than any other shiny object before. I saw it was possible and, most importantly, I believed I could do it. I never had that. That’s a sign, right ?

But most of all, I have grown myself

❤️‍ I’m active again, finally out of the ‘inactive down’ after my brother and father died. I had some strong healing work done. I am dropping my bad habits one by one, I am smiling more and feel calm inside.

❤️‍ I worked hard on my “I am worthy” part this year. I discover more and more what I want. What … I … want. Egoistic ? Perhaps. I call it “Standing Tall”.

❤️‍ I’m stating my opinion more and more, and letting my voice get heard. That’s something I’ve never done openly, I was always pleasing everyone. Some people are shocked by it, hurt perhaps. I don’t care. I’m done shutting up to keep the peace.

I’m confident that 2025 is going to bring big changes for me. Financially, mentally, physically. I’ve worked hard to set the new business systems up, set myself up, keeping my mindset checked-in and finding more and more momentum. But most of all, I know what I want. I’m excited for the new year. And yes, that’s a new thing for me too, believe it or not
